Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with German stakeholders and global Finance and Controlling teams to support financial processes and reporting requirements.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to the Group’s financial best practices and process standards.
- Support Group reporting activities including data extraction from SAP, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Assist in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Group Controlling activities to support business planning.
- Participate in account finalization, month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor and support ongoing financial operations within the SAP Finance and Controlling module.
- Prepare accurate and insightful Management Reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal financial controls and reporting guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and process improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA / MBA in Finance.
- Extensive hands-on experience working as an SAP end-user in Finance & Controlling (FICO).
- Prior experience working with manufacturing or global organizations.
- Strong understanding of group reporting, financial consolidation, and controlling processes.
- Experience in financial closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Exposure to working with international stakeholders, particularly German counterparts, will be considered a significant advantage.
