Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support the Finance module in SAP Business One.
- Understand business requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into SAP B1 solutions.
- Handle configuration of financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Banking.
- Provide user support and resolve issues related to financial transactions in SAP B1.
- Assist in financial reporting, reconciliation, and system data validation.
- Work with technical teams for SQL queries, reports, and customization if required.
- Conduct user training and documentation for finance users.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system upgrades.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One (B1).
- Good understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in modules such as:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Banking & Reconciliation
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries and reporting is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide functional solutions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of strong experience in SAP Business One, preferably in the finance domain.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP B1 implementation or support projects.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and MIS reports.
- Exposure to integration or customization in SAP B1.
